  11. note:     ColourLock allows You to set and lock Workbench screen palette.
  12.           Extremly useful if Your Workbench has more than eight colours
  13.           Palette is read from given picture file via datatypes.

  15. features: - grabs palette from picture file, no more typing hundreds of RGB
  16.             values. Just prepare palette with Your favourite paint program
  17.             and voila! 
  18.           - can override IPrefs palette settings (FORCE switch).
  19.           - StyleGuide compliant.
  20.           - works with gfx cards, NOT TESTED!
  21.           - short and fast.
  22.           - parses IFF file with iffparse.library.
